ALFORD Organogram
ALFORD is open to the following:
- Ordinary members who are professionals with background in community development, agriculture, banking, gender and other related background and who are committed to the development and empowerment of the poor in Uganda or for poverty reduction programs and policies.
- Founder members that appear in the member's register at the completion of the registration process of ALFORD.
- Associate members who are professionals from other disciplines other than those mentioned above, who are working for the economic empowerment and livelihood improvement of rural people.
- Affiliate members are community based organizations with similar objectives to ALFORD
- Honorary members is open to individuals who would have rendered a great service or secured a benefit to ALFORD by either rendering advisory Services, securing financial assistance in the form of endowments, gifts, or donations as well as those individuals whose membership would be beneficial to ALFORD.
- Membership to ALFORD is by application and invitation and is subjected to approval of the Board on behalf of the General Assembly, which is the Supreme policy making organ.
